"I do not think there are sufficient signs in the airport directing to this hotel. Upon finding it, the property is beautiful, the room was squeaky clean, and the staff wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional and overall we really enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was clean and convenient. Only one stop on the S-bahn from the airport and easy access on the same line into the heart of Frankfurt. I had an overnight layover and was able to go explore the Römerberg and have dinner before heading back to a comfortable bed. In the morning I had the buffet breakfast that was absolutely worth the money with lots of food and drink choices. I was able to easily catch a train back to the airport and navigate the airport. A lovely stopover. My exclusion of the star is because my room on the first floor directly overlooked both the S-Bahn and some construction: I don't know which it was, but there were enough loud noises throughout the night that it did interfere with my sleep."

"I stayed here while having cancer treatment at a nearby hospital. The room was probably one of the best I've ever stayed in! It was a corner bedroom with great city views! Plenty of space for a wheelchair to move around, shower stool, I could have cried with happiness when I realised we had adjustable beds! They were fantastic, just what I needed. I asked where I could buy milk at the reception desk while checking in. The lovely member of staff disappeared for 30 seconds and reappeared with a litre carton for me. Honestly, it was a great hotel, the only downside was no support bars at the toilet in the room, meant I needed help to get on/off. But still 10/10 for value, cleanliness, amenities etc. This is simply a great hotel. I have already booked for next month!"
