Clean, safe and Amazing staff, we were greeted with a big smile which was so nice after almost 26 hours of traveling. The guy at the receptionist he is the best, also the supervisor, they were super helpful, providing us guidance in our first time in Frankfurt. We love the fact of having private parking downstairs the hotel, so we go and use the public transportation to visit the Frankfurt, train station also is 2 min away walking (s9, s8 leadermuseum station)there are 2 supermarkets ,...

I got a very good deal at the hotel Karl. It is right across the street from the Offenbach Marketplatz. The room was clean and the showers had good water pressure. The receptionist at the front desk was very pretty and friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient location to take the S train and can go directly to the Frankfurt main station or Hanau. Considering the price I paid, I would give this an A+!

The hotel is comfortable and located in a quiet residential neighborhood but at certain times if you leave the window open you can hear airplanes flying overhead because Frankfurt airport is a hub. Like other hotels in Europe don't expect a porter to carry your luggage to your room. You can request one if you need help.

room was perfect. it's very convenient to use. I could find everything I need.and large desk and enough room size. staffs are also very friendly.

Excellent staff at front desk. The restaurant service needs improvement. Furthermore, the food was very bland. Overall the hotel is in a great location, the room was extremely clean and the front desk staff is among the very best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Great place with great price vs other hotels in the Frankfurt area. Very convenient for travelers without a car as it is near the Bahnhof. Plus, great shopping is only 100 meters in the other direction, and the S Bahn is just beyond that. So, if you want to avoid the big city prices, not pay high taxi costs for transportation, then consider this Hotel. Plus, the staff of Oksana and others, are unprecedented. They are the nicest people ever. Happy Trails!

My room was spacious and renovated very nice and helpful owner and staff. 5 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and central market place.

Staff was excellent from the check-in to the concierge.

Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.
