“We were here visiting our grandchildren == we paid for a king size suite. I need a refrigerator to store medication. We arrived and the first room did not have a refrigerator; second room did not have a king size bed and the third room had what we needed. The refrigerator had some things in it from a previous guest. The elevator looked it had never been swept or cleaned. If I had not pre=paid for the room, I would have gone somewhere else. “Nice hotel. Only problem we had was the bed sheet had a nasty blood/fluid stain on the sheet over the mattress. Upon further inspection the mattress pad underneath had the exact same stain directly underneath. That tells me that house keeping is either so good they keep the mattress pad and sheets together perfectly or they just never changed either. I think anyone reading this can figure out which is correct.”
