It consists of a ground floor where there is a spacious and sunny living room together with the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This unified space has a comfortable corner sofa, TV and fireplace, while the balcony door provides access to an idyllic terrace, with a wooden table and chairs, to enjoy the view of the unique Porto Heli. The corner windows offer a direct connection with the outside space, thanks to the proximity to the swimming pool, in such a way that the wonderful blue-green shades of the water diffuse into the interior and are visible from every point of the ground floor, offering the much-desired relaxation and contact with the liquid element . A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, each of which has a double bed, TV, wardrobe and terrace with table and chairs. At the end of the corridor there is a stylish bathroom with a shower. In addition, a staircase starting from the living room, connects the ground floor with the basement.
