They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,……

“It's too expensive！”

“Homey, quiet and perfectly located property. Easy to communicate with John. Will definitely be back!”

“The host welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. The house was exactly as described. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking my coffee. It was a quiet area and convenient to many of our destinations. Highly recommend.”

“Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”

Pros: Clean overall, nice bathroom with large shower, good lighting, street parking was never a problem, host was very responsive, terrace overlooking street and park was nice. Cons: no luggage racks or place to put suitcases, upholstered chair and sofa……

“The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay.”

“Worked well for our short stay in Philly! Very clean!”

“It would have been a five star stay if it wasn’t for the stairs (geesh),,lol, and the laundry situation,,but yet and still,it was a good stay!”
