Ive stayed here many times no issues! Large car park, to the rear , freshly cooked breakfast each morning , they don’t do evening meals, so it’s either 10 minute walk to the pub one way or the other way is 20 minute walk into exeter for something to eat. Where there plenty of choice

We stayed in July, was very hot. There was no air con but we had a fan in the room. Shower was very slow and bed small ( I like a king size if for two people) Overall was ok, closed to the town, free parking and breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. I would recommend for short stay.

Clean and staff excellent.Room bin emptied every day and toilet sanitized,bed also made.Breakfast was excellent with great choice.Parking was no problem,but could be if you go out all day and come back late as I noticed that there were many vans there overnight. No AC but a good fan was supplied as we stayed in a mega heatwave where temps were often over 30 during our stay.Easy walk to city and thre Quayside.

Excellent, everything looks recently refurbished to a high standard. Exceptional value for money especially including parking and a very good breakfast. Easy walk into the town centre. Also bus stop outside. The staff were great. Thank you we were very pleasantly surprised.
