Great new hotel. Perfect stay, only thing to watch is that parking is quite expensive considering it's location - but much cheaper if you pay at time of booking...

Excellent hotel

A really enjoyable stay. It’s a new facility but the quality of Finnish and fittings was top draw. Staff were excellent throughout. Left with a very good impression and will definitely use again. Great find.

This hotel was fantastic. I have no faults at all besides the cost for parking. £15 a night for hotel guests I don’t think is reasonable. They should do a reduced rate for guests.

Lovely new hotel. Only “criticism” would be that the room was too hot, however one call to reception and they brought up a fan and lowered the temperature from their controls. I’d stay again for sure.

Comfiest bed every, car park rip off

Hotel was only 5 months old so really new & clean, restaurant staff needed some further training things didn’t seem to click, bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in….car park £15 per night which I thought was a bit of a rip off as there is nowhere else to park its off the motorway!

The hotel was lovely staff very friendly and helpful. Free hot drinks available 24hrs and water. Our first time taking our new puppy on holiday so pet friendly also which was great for us with the children also. The breakfast buffet was amazing lots of choice available. Our children didn’t make it down for breakfast as was by 10am. But the staff game us a takeaway box to put a croissant in each for them so was really nice. There was entertainment on the terrace music playing which was lovely get DJ. Will definitely be back to the hotel Thankyou so much to all the staff they work so hard all day long making sure everyone is happy! Regards Kristine Swanson

Amazing

Amazing service from arriving to leaving, friendly helpful staff, incredibly clean and very comfortable rooms. I loved my stay and it was so refreshing for my food allergy to be taken so seriously and dealt with no problem. Delicious local produce made the stay perfect.

Staff were lovely, and a very clean modern hotel, however where this hotel is net zero, unfortunately that means it massively compromises on luxury, no tea and coffee in rooms, no air con yet really thick duvet and you can't open the window, bed uncomfortably and sheets and bedding aren't soft where they're sustainable, toilet roll is like sandpaper, so you have to be very into being 'eco conscious' to compromise on comfort
