The hotel was nice just need to do some upgrades like bigger taller toilets look like they were for elelmentary age kids that was my only problem with the hotel
The room smelled musty. Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and there was a water stain in a framed, hanging, picture! The place needs updating. The counter clerk was very nice but his female coworker was very unprofessional.
Nice hot showers. The property was clean, could have been updated. The air conditioner in the room worked, however, did not get really cold. The breakfast was ok.
The general manager Ryan is extremely unprofessional and rude. Would not process my refund . I had to wait until the next day. Ryan
Was not apologetic about the room having mouse droppings and not clean.
Hotel is not ran properly and not being cleaned right.

I lived here for one night. And I was bitten by mite or some other kinds of bug. The rashes were on my fingers, wrist, forearm, and leg. It made my finger swollen, and painful. I am still recovering from that. (more than 1 week)
