“The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back.”

“Marco’s villa is beyond beautiful! Seeing it in person, it was absolutely stunning. The Mountain Views, the surrounding olive groves, the goats we could hear in the distance, the crow of the rooster; the flowers, lemon trees, and the rosemary that seemed to grow everywhere! There are truly no words to describe how beautiful this place is. The village of Buti is charming and totally off the beaten path. I am so glad we picked Marco’s place to stay at. “A hidden gem. Young property,clean lines. Rooms very clean great WiFi. Fluffy towels but most important good pressure, plentiful hot water. Buffet breakfast. Cafe facilities all day round a good size pool. Then a Italian type evening choice restaurant. Stopped in Vada village for five nights after hectic fours days in Rome. Used the train, perfect. Hotel was less than five minutes walk. Left for Pisa bye train after a relaxing time. Will visit again ”
