“As expected.”

“We were staying here for the sake of being able to see a show at Good Theater. The theater itself ended up being within walking distance, and same for a few different places to eat! This worked out great for our plans :)”

“Location was convenient to everything and building was super secure.”

“This studio felt more like a gorgeous suite to me: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Every need is being anticipated and covered. Love the kitchen! I slept so very well it is peaceful. The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End. Rudy, the host, responds quickly, finds immediate solutions, and he is very kind and compassionate. I have difficulties navigating the staircases due to my aching hips and knees, but Rudy went……

“There is no parking at the apartment. You must find a spot along the road which might not be in front of apartment”

“Apartment was as described. Clean, walking distort downtown and parks. Enjoyed stay. Easy communication with host. ”

“Centrally located in the Old Port, with views of the harbor, this was a last minute — therefore pricey — excellent find for a fall weekend getaway. Stylish, elegant rehab of 19th century granite industrial building. Whimsical decor notes referring to 19th century owner Evalina Fox. Nicely appointed kitchenette — though if you came to Portland for the foodie scene, you might end up just using it for breakfast, as we did. Only sour note was the disco music (coming in via the ventilation……

“We had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable providing much more than a hotel efficiency at a similar price point. It was convenient to New England Rehab where we were visiting my brother. There is a little coffee shop within walking distance where we were able to grab coffee and breakfast sandwiches each morning. The Crooked Mile Coffee House & Cafe. Check in and check out were easy and the owner was very personable. There is ample parking on……

“A wonderful stay in Portland for our family of 5 dog. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our quick visit to town.”

“Great property. Cute place. Note that there are very steep steps to get into the place, which is a conveyed attic.”

“This is a very good place for two couples or families with two pre teen children. It’s in a somewhat hilly, but walkable neighborhood with locally owned restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a two mile walk or drive to the heart of the Old Port, and the locally renowned Becky’s Diner is about a half mile away. Please note that there’s one bathroom and it’s on the second floor, which requires climbing a flight of stairs. There’s on street parking, which we were lucky to find spaces nearby.”

“This was a great house in a great location. Everything was within walking distance and the house had everything we needed. The rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds, a desk in every room, and it was completely charming. Ani gave clear instructions for entry and parking. If you’re looking to explore downtown Portland, this is my first choice! Beautiful!”

“Terrible area with no parking-no lights in entrance- not suitable for more than two bedrooms. Fold out couch setup no good. Stairs steep and dangerous”

“Well managed property within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ample street parking.”

“A great place to stay while exploring and visiting Portland! Great communication, easy process, and would definitely stay again if we visit Franklin”

“The condo was clean. The entrance is on the side, which we found after trying the front door. Be aware that the floor is not even, and slopes a bit. Also there is no bathroom on the second floor where the bedrooms are located, but that was not a problem for us.”

“We loved this place, the location, and the host!”

“Absolutely perfect rental!Great location with an amazing view!”
