The property was well maintained, recently had a face lift, new carpet paint, bedding, they obviously take care of the place. The only complaint I had was the non-existent Wi-Fi. Not once in the 4days I was there was the Wi-Fi adequate. Witch sucked, (lol)

There was toenails on my sheets and hair. The TV didn’t work for some odd reason. The staff barely picks up the phone and don’t forget to pay that 100 dollar damage fee but don’t worry you’ll get it back in like 3-10 business days.

Property was as expect d as I have stayed there befor. However this time we got an accessible room. The shower needed a good cleaning and the shower head could only be used by hand. It only sprayed to the corner if hung up.

The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. There was an incident with police being present and the staff made us feel safe and cared for. The pool area was very family friendly and the hot tub was very big. Overall a good experience for us!

Staying here was awful. Room smelled like someone used a quart of air freshener in it. Smell was so overpowering my nose and eyes burned. Why should they need so much air freshener? What smell are they hiding? The room should smell clean. It was as bad or worse than cigarettes. Couldn’t sleep bc fridge made a loud buzzing noise. Front desk response was “we don’t have any other open Queen bed rooms” My options were unplug the fridge and go without or deal w/ the noise. Fridge was hard wired so couldn’t unplug. The guy did something w/ it but didn’t disconnect it. Soon it was buzzing again. Went to desk, no one there, no response. Phone said “mailbox full” Finally got someone on by phone and she disconnected fridge. She offered another room but it was 1:30 AM. I wanted sleep. Noisy people in hallways, talking loudly on phones until 12 AM. Hairdryer did not work. Shower head small, little water pressure. Cheap minimal breakfast. Hostess packaged mini donuts? Really? Can get those at a gas station. Brown n serve sausage. Brown n Serve sausage. Waffle was good until front desk guy got up and sprayed cleaner all over the dining area. Lost my appetite .Same scent as the Offered me a receipt. I said yes and he said “you already got one online” Soda machine wouldn’t take cards only cash.
