I rated a 3 because the rooms really do need a upgrade, also I loved how clean it was and organized it is and thankful it has a heated. The price I paid was 55$, in my opinion with how old everything is and how the outdoor open where anyone can come, a fair price should be 30-40$.

The room had a broken glass window with pieces ready to fall out, no screen, a broken heater that would not shut off ever without unplugging, and the really bad thing is the black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. There is a patch above the tub (no stopper that works) but the whole bathroom ceiling drywall is permeated in black mold and needs to be completely replaced. I postulate that many of the third floor rooms have the same mold. However, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The front entrance is under construction so you have to go to the other side to check. Continental breakfast could use a little work by possibly adding some fruit or yogurt. Clean rooms though.Would stay again.

Receptionist was super nice. Not going to lie, very outdated and needs some love. The floor in our room was coming apart. Beds were so comfortable but the red cover was super disgusting so removed it. It being near a busy street it is very quiet in the room. I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

Never Rodeway again!

building under construction; poorly maintained; bathroom in terrible condition; carpets in hall, filthy; floor broken next to bed; windows cracked/dirty; everything but beds and tv need updating/replacement. Bed linens and towels, OK; bed comfortable. All this for $200... customer should get a refund!

Great for the $

For the money it had what we needed. The room was clean. place was dog friendly.We had a handicapped room because I use a cane. Had a ramp . The water pressure was good. Had a small fridge and microwave.coffee pot. Temperature in room was good. Front desk people helpful and nice.
