"Le logement est très bien situé, pratique d'accès. Il est bien agencé, bien décoré et plutôt propre. Chambre confortable et bien isolé. Seul bémol : une odeur nauséabonde était présente dans les toilettes, et elles n'étaient pas très propres (humidité notamment)."

"No smoke alarms in the property felt unsafe staying with children looks nice in pictures everywhere was grubby kitchen needed a good clean and bedroom had a radiator unattached to wall when travelling with kids this is very concerning! Couldnt sleep all night with the people Above bouncing round till after 3am Having to travel 3 flights of stairs with a pensioner shouls be mentioned on the booking information. "

"Useful for visiting Lille for the RWC. Coverted garage which was a little basic but ok. Photos show two double beds but that was not the case with one room having bunks. Bit of an issue with wi fi on first visit but ok on the second. Property looks like it has been subject to previous forced entry which made for a slightly nervous stay when going out for the day"

"This apartment was in an excellent location- very close to Grand’ Place. Washer/ dryer in apartment were very handy however operating instructions would have bern useful. Would have been nice to have more washcloths, tea towels. Street noise was pretty loud at night. Apartment was fairly clean- needed a new shower curtain. Communication with owner was easy and fast."

"This is a Stylish, clean and well appointed apartment, accessed by a small lift and with lovely small balcony. Bedrooms are small ( ie beds fill rooms and not the most comfortable in our opinion) but ok for sleeping; there is a good modern, compact shower room, well appointed kitchen areas, comfortable lounge area and great blinds at the front of apartment. It is a short walk for a able bodied persons to main areas and train stations. Lille is an attractive and compact city plenty to see and do...

"Nous n'avons pas pu accéder au logement suite à une erreur de synchronisation des plateformes et nous n'avons même pas été prévenu de cet aléa. Nous nous sommes donc retrouver à la rue sans solution ! Aucun remboursement et aucune demande de remboursement n'a eu lieu à ce jour. Nous exigeons le remboursement total de la location ainsi qu'un geste commercial pour la gène occasionnée. "

The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. "Great little place to stay! I found all the staff at the desk friendly and helpful. Not stayed in an apartment/hotel place before so I didn’t know what to expect. My room had everything I needed for my 7 night stay. Good selection of cutlery/crockery/pans etc., for those who want to make/heat food while staying. Didn’t have breakfast downstairs during my stay so cannot comment on that. Shower was great, had no problems with hot water. Bed was VERY comfortable, a quite firm king-size in my room...
