This is a wonderful picturesque cottage, with a large semi enclosed garden to the side and front, along with off road parking for 2-3 vehicles.
The kitchen is a good size with appliances and crockery etc and on arrival fairly clean but we did have to rewash a few items prior to use.
Bathroom was adequate but worth noting that as its on the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen, you have to walk this, then living Room, in order to reach the stairs to then proceed to the bedrooms, quite a trek in the night.
The living room was great, having the ingle nook fireplace which looked amazing. We didn't use the log burner as the central heating was sufficient but did notice, that there were logs and a few sticks, there weren't any fire lighters to ignite the sticks. There was a tv in the room but felt that this really needed updating to a smart one.
We only used the main bedroom and this was fine, bed comfy and plenty of cupboard space for clothes.
Overall, our stay was very good, a lovely position but was a short drive to a pub or shops. We did have a minor infestation of ladybirds, which weren't too much of a problem but could have been addressed.
