“This property was just amazing! It was cozy, cute and the lake views were STUNNING! Pros: comfortable beds and couches Lake view Super cute interior Well equipped Washer and Dryer Hot tub Cons: There were spider webs everywhere, which was kind of to be expected but it seemed like a bit much. No ac, which we knew was a possibility, however visiting in summer walking into the cabin it was 90 degrees mid day and hard to sleep some nights. Overall we had a great stay, and would love to……

“This is a lovely cabin. It feels like home away from home. Second time I stayed in this cabin and fourth time overall with Big Bear Cool Cabins. It's been a great experience every time. Thank you to all the very friendly and professional staff. The Jensens”

“Everything was perfect! The host was super accommodating. The place is awesome, nice deck, hot tub!”

“Cozy cabin stay. Only complaints were”

“80s vibe. Nice and clean. As others noted very few curtains so if you are shy you may want to pick a different unit.”

“The view was great, unfortunately everything else was a nightmare. We were forced to check in through an app outside of the Vrbo system. It requested all kinds of personal information, most of it not required to rent a place for a day. Property management company cool cabins was a massive pain in the butt. Communication was good but customer service was horrible. Had to wait until 4pm for a door access code which they told me I could have at 2pm. Spotty cell service required us to stay in town……

“Was exactly what we were hoping for! Clean, great for kids, perfect location.”

“We spent Christmas at this property, and it was just perfect for our family. We had a great time! This cabin is perfect for a large family. The amenities were great, with plenty of space for indoor activities such as board games and relaxing by the two fireplaces! The view from the deck is amazing! We would stay there again.”

“The home is tired, there is an “old” smell. But beautiful new windows allowed for fresh air. The seating outside was terribly dirty and I had to clean before we could use the chairs. We had an issue with musty linens, they were changed out immediately and sleeping was 100% better! Home has only one tv in the living room. The steps to the home were difficult to manage as I have knee problems. Overall the rental was good, the managing co was amazing!!! Definitely on my list when I go back.”
