“Small clean room cosy and warm bus stop right outside the apartments but very noisy you can hear every move of other residents in the property”

“The property is stunning, and the views are fabulous! I also noticed that the beds are very comfortable, everyone slept well. Overall, we have had a brilliant stay. The only thing I would mention, is considering the amount of money spent, I was surprised with how much was asked of you to do before leaving as early as 10am, I also had an email saying don’t strip the beds, but a text message an hour before we have to be out, to say we did have to strip the beds? I would just make sure any text……

“My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. “Lovely little place perfectly positioned for exploring Bristol.and the coast of the Avon.”

“The location was fine, but we ran into several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. I would not stay here again based on the condition of the property. There were no cleaning supplies, barely any toilet paper or paper towels, almost no dish soap, and no extra garbage bags. Basic essentials simply weren’t provided. We were also supposed to receive two sets of towels but only had one initially. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and there was black mold throughout the bathroom……

“Good location , but I thought I had booked a one bedroom apartment it was in fact a studio. It was also quite grubby with poor quality furniture”

“Location was great but expensive for what you got”

“Very clean cottage and there is great view from backyard.”

“It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”
