“Though the hotel may be a bit old, it was very clean. A few of the locked doors to the outside, were not. Nonetheless, this was a very nice hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast as well.”

“Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was just Ok. I think they must have just cleaned the room carpets as they were still damp…another guest noted same thing. Shower head was loose, toilet was loose on its base…which I’m sure was just an issue with our room All was doable.”

“For the price I paid I would have thought that I would have a newly remodeled room and bathroom or a suite but that was not the case. I was put in a room that had maintenance issues, part of which they took care of at 11:00 pm so kudos for that, however, I should have never been put in that room or moved rooms once it was brought to their attention. Everything was clean but was outdated and I wouldn’t rate anything excellent but good. Definitely wasn’t a great value. The staff was friendly and……

“We had a wonderful time at this property. We were in town for a family reunion and were so thankful to find something in Craigsville. We truly enjoyed the tub and the shower. My husband is thinking about redoing our bathroom now! The house was so clean and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches. Looking forward to a future stay here!”
