“The property and staff were fantastic. The only reason for a 4 star on the property condition is that they were presently doing some maintenance on the property but that didn't get in our way. “My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was large had two small patios. Great location and quiet. It was close enough to be able to walk anywhere within 5 or 10 minutes but far enough away that it wasn’t very loud at night and was very peaceful and safe. Would absolutely stay again. “This hotel in Cartagena is a great place to stay for a few nights. It’s conveniently located near everything you need. I’d definitely stay there again. The pool area was nice, but no one seemed to be using it. A few birds were inside the pool when we arrived but left as they got scared. Maybe the bar and music could be improved, but there wasn’t much of a problem since there weren’t many people in the pool so I understand why they do not pay much attention. Overall, I’d stay there again.”
