Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people which leads to the stunning lounge area.
The lounge area features log burner, Large SMART TV, multiple large comfortable NEW sofas (one a sofa bed) and bifold doors onto the large patio with new seating and double BBQ with amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play.
