“The staff is very nice. Hotel area is super charming. The room was nice and comfortable. Location is close to the port and center of Santa Marina. Breakfast was very good, with local fruits and homemade jams, bread and granita. ”
“I honestly dislike writing bad reviews but I don’t want another traveler to feel the way we felt. Signum has incredible marketing, professional photos, amazing content creators.. that being said never had we felt more catfished.. for the reputation and the price we expected much more, we were barely greeted when we arrived, not shown a tour of the property, we were left to figure things out on our own. The room was dated, the sheets felt like sandpaper, the pool was average, not very refreshing.……
“Das Zimmer war ok., doch das Bett knarrte bei jeder Bewegung im Bett, also konnte man kaum schlafen. Als wir am andern Abend eher etwas später nach Hause kamen fanden wir das Zimmer so an, wie wir es morgens verliessen, ausser das Bett wurde gemacht. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Abfalleimer war nicht geleert, die Kaffeetassen vom Vortag standen noch so wie wir sie nicht abgewaschen hingestellt haben noch da, sogar das Papier des Kaffees lag noch daneben. Auf dem Tisch stand noch die……
“Our hostess, Francesca was the best hostess we’ve ever come across in our many years of travel in Italy. She above and beyond our expectations. Free breakfast was very good. Room was nice and balcony was nice, with a descent view. Beds were nice and cozy. Pool area clean and nice, maintained well by Francisco and Lucia.”
