“I would like to send a special thanks to David for making our late night stay possible and comfortable. I would recommend his apartment highly. His personal touch made it worthwhile. Yvonne”

“Friendly host, clean apartment, was right what we needed for our stay.”

“Great place!”

“Host was great, and it was a convenient stay for an early flight! ”

“Very new and clean apartment. Beds are comfortable, very quiet neighborhood and big parking place in front. Very safe. The living room with kitchen was OK, but could have a bit more color or decoration for my taste, but we used the place only to sleep for which it was perfect.Vincenzo provided us with a lot of info. “Very clean. Great location. No WiFi although it was advertised. Password given did not work. Hot water very inconsistent.”

“The location being so close to the airport was actually very expensive and complicated to get to. Access to unit was very easy. The room was not very clean, a hand full of spiders crawling around, spider webs and eggs in every ceiling corner. Got bit up while sleeping. The beach access and near by restaurants were amazing. Local culture, landscape, and people made it worth it. I would not return to this specific property though.”

“Host was great with quick responses and lots of information. The apartment was amazing and wish we could have stayed longer. A great, and convenient place to stay and zip into downtown Rome, but have the peace of the outter neighborhoods.”

“This isn’t a bad place but not really worth the money. Host can be pushy to want to up charge for silly stuff and property needs updates and love. Parking isn’t easy at all. I’d say your better at hotel cause here they don’t offer any room service and again property management sucks. ”
