Top Five Cays Hotel Reviews

Windsong on the Reef
10/10 Excellent
"We loved everything about our stay at Windsong"

The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos
10/10 Excellent
"Our room was clean and the staff was great. Casa Nonna was excellent. BLT was good. The sushi bar/restaurant was very disappointing. The quality was mediocre and the fish did not seem fresh. "

Hotel Indigo Turks Caicos Grace Bay by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"It was great "

Grace Bay Suites
8/10 Good
"We spent a week at Grace Bay Suites. We are a retired couple and it was a lovely place to sit back and relax by the pool or on our deck. Most of the time it was quiet. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel with music at night but with the AC on we didn’t notice it. The pool and landscaping was very nice and clean, but the cushions on the deck and by the pool could use some refreshing. The staff was friendly. I think there was a miscommunication about cleaning our room when I told one of the cleaning staff we didn’t need the room done that day. They didn’t show up for several days so on the fifth day I asked at the desk if someone would clean. They didn’t show up until the next afternoon when I was resting so I told her never mind. There seemed to be a shortage of small towels and facecloths. Certainly not faulting the cleaning staff. The room was very clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were super soft.
This hotel is in a great location, just five minutes walk to the beach and so many wonderful shops and restaurants with varied cuisine. There is a larger grocery store about a ten minute walk with fresh foods available. We were going to rent a car but canceled it after arriving as everything we needed was nearby. If you are a dog lover you can check out the dog rescue in the shops next to the hotel and sign up to walk a dog. We loved this. The people on the island were so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. "

Royal West Indies Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Our family stayed here for spring break. It was perfect. Loved the location, the room was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. This was my second time staying at this resort and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for a fabulous week!"

The Lodgings Hotel SureStay Collection by Best Western
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, friendly, local. Close to airport. Close enough to get a local experience, food, entertainment. You need a taxi or rental to get to the tourists stuff. "

Ports of Call Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Great shops and restaurants close buy. Breathtaking beach. Rent a car and see Chalk Sound!"

The Oasis at Grace Bay
10/10 Excellent
"This is a smaller property, but the layout is very well thought out to make it feel bigger (you keep finding hidden corners). Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster.
While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk (hint: cut through the parking lot, it's super close!)
In summary, hotel is great!
As for Turks and Caicos, I would not choose this island as a Caribbean destination... Prices are ridiculously expensive, and it is crowded with cars and people. The beach is nice but can get choppy at times. There are better Caribbean destinations!"

Alexandra Resort - All-Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Not the beautiful room I expected for what I paid. Staff extremely nice. Food very good. Many, many children. Pool and beach seats difficult to get."
