Windsong on the Reef
6/10 Okay
"The staff at the restaurant were not friendly."

Zenza Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This property is a gem. The staff were absolutely amazing, accommodating our every request. They always greeted us with a smile. A quick cart ride to the beach, provided by the staff, and you were snorkel in no time. They helped us rent a car which got delivered to the hotel and that made it really convenient for day trips around the island. The rooms are large clean and very comfortable with balconies looking out over the marina. I'd recommend staying here"

The Shore Club Turks and Caicos

The Sands at Grace Bay
8/10 Good
"We spent 9 nights in the ocean view suite.Very beautiful garden veiw as well.We had a great time staying at The Sands Grace Bay.Our room.was modern, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to our wonderful housekeeper Dueila who made sure our space was freshened up each day.She even converted the twim beds in the room to a queen so my daughter and her partner could rest well.
It would be nice to replace the washer and dryer units in the suite. They dated and rusting.
Thanks to the bell attendants Oral,Samuel and AJ who assisted us with our luggage. They were
warm and welcoming from the first day we got there. They were approachable, respectful and kind in sharing ideas of things to do and places to visit while on the island.Miss you guys tons.
Big shout out to Anatalie housekeeping manager who immediately acknnowleged our concerns we had with linen on our pull out coach. Michelle and Diane from front desk were amazing.
The only cons to this trip was the service at Hemmings way restaurant was below standard .The service was atrocious. The staff there was rude and unfriendly. We had to ask for menu's.
Our server didn't check on us after ordering, she was so unprofessional. She had no enthusiasm in providing service.
No entertainment on property which was boring.
The sands is grest place to unwind relax on the beautiful turquoise beach.Lots to experience on the island.Lovely destination.

Grace Bay Suites
2/10 Terrible
"Don't book. The worst of the worst. False advertising! No white sand, no sound proof room, no restaurant on site, and no help when there is problems. Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. They say sound proof room, I have multiple recordings of how loud the music is next door in the room. I tried to resolve the problem and super unhelpful people and it took forever to reach them. "

The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos
10/10 Excellent
"Richie was exceptional. We had an amazing time during our short stay. It was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Travelling with a 6 month old is never easy. Staff made everything smooth and memorable. "

Hotel Indigo Turks Caicos Grace Bay by IHG
6/10 Okay
"First, we would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Michal B. at the front desk. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care truly saved our trip. We also want to recognize Tim, Julia (convenience store), Niamh (lady from the UK who was our server during breakfast), and Patrick (reservations manager) for their excellent service.
Pros:
- Accommodations: The rooms and amenities were brand new and impeccably clean.
- Location: The hotel is conveniently located near popular restaurants and the airport.
- Dining: The food and drink quality was outstanding; a special thank you to the chef and pizza chef.
Cons:
- Beach Service: The advertised full service is inaccurate. With only approximately 20 chairs near a construction zone, space is too limited. Furthermore, staff presence was minimal and requests went unfulfilled.
- Front Desk Staff: We encountered significant issues with Sonali B., who was rude and dishonest, and Moesha V., who lacked basic communication skills and was unhelpful when we requested management.
- Service Efficiency: We experienced consistent delays, such as 40-minute waits for breakfast and over an hour for room service, despite the hotel not being at full capacity.
- Connectivity: Daily internet and TV outages made it difficult to manage work and travel arrangements.
- Facility Design: The outdoor-only dining area is impractical during rain, as most seating becomes soaked and the roof leaks. Additionally, the lack of indoor activities"
