Seaside Studio - Pets Welcome, Parking Included

Located on the seafront, 100m from the beach and 200m from the center, and close to entertainment, the Résidence la Croisette offers breathtaking sea views and a car-free vacation.
This vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) and features a living room with a TV (subject to good reception) and a double sofa bed and two fold-down bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with toilet.
The highlights of this beach apartment rental: a loggia with sea view and garden furniture, a stone's throw from the beach and the market, and private parking. "Rental classified as 1-star furnished tourist accommodation."
End-of-stay cleaning included.
Sheets and towels are not provided; they can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival. Optional services, to be reserved 10 days in advance and paid on site:
Rental of sheets, towels, tea towels, and bath mats.
Wi-Fi hotspot rental.
Pets are allowed subject to a fee payable to the agency upon arrival.

Logement à netteté douteuse, frigo non vide, abattznt du WC à changer. Bref intérieur pas tres sympa. Situation super avec plage,marché et commerces à proximité. Bon parking. L'agence a vérifié l'état des lieux à larrivee.
