You don’t won’t upstairs if you are traveling, as there is no elevator. We had problems in the bathroom where the camode had problems a few times. It seemed like there were mechanical issues going on. We did have a great time, we enjoyed the pool which was really nice inside. We will definitely be back again.

Reception staff were excellent but the rating comes down at breakfast. The lady in charge did mot reply when questioned,she was in a terrible mood. The breakfast room was full, a family had taken over 3 tables and most of the chairs leaving 2 table with no chairs. When we were about to help ourselves to the cooked meal the lady in charge came out with whatever thought were fresh eggs, but they had come out of a fridge..terrible. The coffee was so bad we only took 1 cup. Check out was quick and were thanked for staying there.
