“The property was in a residential area but only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The apartment was spotless , spacious and absolutely beautiful. The hosts were amazing and each time my Husband messaged them , they got back to us prompt. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we had a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us upon arrival. We will definitely return in the future . Thank you so much !”

“Apartment was big but the AC was not enough to cool the entire appt. Temperature was very hot in the bedroom, it was only acceptable in the living room. Also properly pictures shows it had a washer in the bathroom and that was not the case. That was really disappointing because we reserved this place because of that.”

“It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.”

“The outdoor space was amazing with great views. They advertised laundry but there was no laundry in the unit or on property-we chose this place as our midway point to do laundry and had to walk 10 minutes away to do laundry at a laundry mat.”

“Great location and delivered what was promised on website. Basic, simple apartment. Not a normal room but also not way overpriced liked many in area. We are over 6 ft tall so had to watch our heads in several places but no problem if shorter. Italy was over 100F that week and unfortunately apartment only had one small air conditioner that struggled even at night. Recommend if you want a central location in Florance and aren't looking for a 4 star resort. It was clean and safe.”

“Location is great with the doorway right on Piazza Signoria (15 min walk from train station SMN). Building has a small elevator shared with Relais Piazza Signoria hotel. As others said, the bathroom is very small for two but having the kitchen added usable counter space. With the fridge and microwave we could reheat leftovers from large Tuscan dinner. Enjoyed a nice breakfast at Revoir looking at Palazzo Vecchio on our last morning. Overall, it was as nice or better than other places we stayed……
