“The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They recommended wonderful sightseeing spots based on the amount of time we had, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The room was clean, well prepared, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the excellent shower with its strong, pleasant water pressure. The hotel is conveniently located near many of the city's famous attractions and just a short walk from the river. Across the river is Piazzale Michelangelo,……

“It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.”

“The air conditioner in the living room was not working at all. We reported it to customer service and someone came to "monitor" the AC. This person reported back to customer service that the AC was working fine, so no one came to fix the AC. The heat in the apartment was unbearable. The 3rd bedroom did not have AC so we had to move a mattress to the 2nd room in order for our 3 kids to sleep all cramped in this 2nd room. The AC in the main room was barely cooling, making it very uncomfortable……

“Everything was great and host was really friendly and gave great suggestions. The property is also very central and really lovely. The only negative was that the aircons were not strong enough to cool the room so the house was bit warm.”

“Love the area. It’s in the City Center. Walkable on most of the tourist spots and I love it that it’s walking distance to Duomo. The only complaint I have is the check in process. We got in the apartment and I still didn’t get an email how to get the keys. We need to call them to help us how to access the keys. And also they only provided 1 set of keys considering 5 people staying on the apartment. I requested extra keys before our check in but wasn’t accommodated. 1 more complaint……

“This place needs some improvement. There is no physical check-in. Everything is done virtual and the link they shared with me didn’t work at first. You need WiFi to open the doors the first time. Also the keys get jammed and it’s hard to open them. There is no elevator in the building and the room is in the 4th floor. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom had mold. The whole apartment smells like humidity when you walk in. There was only one small mirror (bathroom mirror) in the whole apartment.……

“Trying to get information out of the hosts was very difficult leading up to check in. Once we checked in and expressed we were unhappy with the conditions of the property, we never heard from them again. We told them we were not going to stay and would have appreciated some form of refund but we didn’t expect one. No response. We left and went to another nearby hotel. The room was an absolutely filthy mess. What appeared to be animal hair all over the carpets along with stains on everything.……

“The location of the apartment was great, the linens and towels were very nice and clean but unfortunately there were some negatives that need to be addressed. The second bedroom does not have AC so you really can't use it in the summer months. The third bathroom exhaust fan did not work so there was unpleasant odor. In addition to the fan, the sink was leaking so it was not usable. The walls of the apartment were stained, they all need to be painted and the apartment needs to be maintained. The……
