“酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕”

“It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.”

“Perfect location, felt safe, comfy beds, amazing water pressure for showers, easy to get places as it was centrally located, AC, easy check in/out, would stay again. Cons: 3 floors worth of steps to climb to get to apartment, wifi didn’t work in apartment accept entrance hallway, no shampoo, only one set of keys (didn’t ask/request for more but with teens wanting to go back earlier than parents, it made it challenging…especially when teens fell asleep and no wifi to communicate= locked out.……

“A marvellous view of the Dome and the location couldn’t be better. The 70 plus steps up to the apartment were, at times, gruelling. Truly an exceptional view and a small patio to sit out in it. The apartment is professionally decorated and quite comfortable with many thoughtful touches. However little sound privacy between the bedrooms. Kitchen is excellent with good dishes, cutlery, and pots. However, the dryer wasn’t working during our stay but management did provide one paid-for full……

“The description of the property is very accurate. We were very excited about the location of the property. Very close to most popular attractions. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The shower was a little tight but manageable. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting Florence. The walk to and from the train station was less than half hour. We did a tour with WalkAbout Tours and they were excellent as well.”

“La localización es excelente con vistas a la plaza de la Santa Croce. Prepárate para subir muchas escaleras. No hubo caliente. La terraza en el techo es muy pequeña y tenía algo de basura. No la usamos, pero la vista desde ahí es muy buena.”
