“When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. First of all the location was excellent for what we needed. As we had relatives who lived just down the road and the wasserpark just round the corner.
The apartment itself was well equipped. Plenty of space and modern touches. The communication provided was great with clear instructions and information.
We have stayed in Wien on numerous occasions but this was our first time staying in floridorf. The area was full of the needed shops like……

“Bad experience. Dirty shared showers toilet and hallway areas. These areas should be cleaned once a day otherwise they filthy. Hair on the bed. Holes in sheets. Loud tenants in complex - hard to sleep. Long ways out of Vienna center. Area not so nice. But the price was reasonable.”
