“Staff was great, very clean, location is very good. Will come back for sure.”

“We had a wonderful weekend at Old Greenwood celebrating a friend’s wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Spacious. Law is nearby.”

“What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold,……

“The condo was very clean, secure, had lots of natural light, well stocked for a short or long stay, and close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.”

“just what we needed for a 3 night 4 day stay. was clean and comfortable had everything we needed even has a crock pot and a instant pot. we didn't use them we had a tight time schedule. john is on it when you ask a question will stay again”

“Great location , quiet neighborhood”

“Oh my word!! I love this place!! So peaceful!! So beautiful!! Host made it easy. The house was so cute. Beds were comfy!! Thanks for the heavy blanket in the closet!! I like having a blanket. . This was a taste of heaven. Thanks for sharing it!!”

“Nice place.”

“Kindness”

“Great place to stay, super clean, spacious and comfortable!”

“We appreciated the air conditioners in each bedroom upstairs ( move and cool) because it was warm, however when we turned them on they were very loud. So I did need to wear earplugs to sleep. Otherwise the location of the house to the places we needed to go was perfect!”

“The host was very responsive. It was a clean, small, and cozy house. The master bedroom is on the top floor, and the stairs are pretty steep, be careful with your shins! The upstairs bedroom is the only bedroom with a TV, besides the TV in the living room. Each room has a fan, which was a nice touch. There are also board games available for some extra entertainment and the hot tub was a great bonus and very nice to relax in. The kitchen was also very nice and well kept.”

“It was like being in my own clean and comfortable apartment. Easy parking and filled with the ameneties needed. Will definitely return to this place. Happy customer.”
