"Excellent hotel in a great location, easy to access the tram or better to walk along the path by the river into town. We didn't breakfast at the hotel it was a bit busy. But very good little bakery just down the lane in front of the hotel. Just be aware that the booking and assess the your room number and pin code is only available via the web page and then wasn't obvious to find, connection on 3g was very slow. It would be better if this info was in the email.

"My single room was small but perfectly appointed. The bedding was very comfortable, and I liked having a desk in the room. The shower was also nice with good water pressure and hot water. The hotel lounge was lovely and the bartenders were polite. The location is perfect for walking anywhere you need to go. My only suggestion would be to skip the breakfast, there are too many better options nearby. "

"Absolutely lovely place, clean double room, even had a private garage for your car/motorcycle. Staff were always wonderfully polite and friendly, and located close to the city center, 10-15min walk from 3-4 massive historical monuments, (castle, palace, church)."

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had left the ear pieces of my AirPods behind. I contacted the hotel, and to my relief, they quickly located them. Not only that, but they carefully wrapped them in bubble wrap and mailed them all the way to my home in the U.S. I truly appreciated their prompt and considerate response—it went above and beyond what I expected. This level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated.

We arrived various hours prior to check in (just to see if they would hold our luggage) and they did everything possible and prepared our room. The location is great, walking distance of various local restaurants and a top rated beer garden all surrounded by the river. My family really enjoyed the stay."
