"Very nice hotel in a quiet arear. Friendly and serviceminded staff. Easy to get into Bremen city by Tram. When we arrived at 6pm the reception was closed. "I was allocated a room on the 2nd floor in a block on the other side of the road to the hotel, and walked over the road to the hotel for meals. The block did not have the benefit of a lift. "Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft würden wir sehr freundlich empfangen aber uns wurde gesagt, dass die Wohnung nur für zwei Personen vorbereitet wäre und dass wir uns noch Bettzeug und Handtücher aus der Abstellkammer suchen und beziehen müssten.
