“Exceptional place, exceeded our expectations. We will be coming back!”

“This place is like a fancy tree house. We definitely enjoyed our trip! Everything was clean and it was delightful to be able to bring our dog. Access to the river was a cool feature and my husband enjoyed fishing briefly (before temperatures became too sweltering). Of note- there are no windows treatments in the house, which you definitely need to be cognizant of in the master bathroom, as there is a wraparound porch around the house. The lack of window treatments didn't really impact sleep……

“This was our first vacation with our 8 year old and 4 year old. Our 4 year old said ‘it was the best place she’s ever been. It was from another planet!’ 10 outta 10! Our 8 year old has since begged us to build a house just like it because he wants an upstairs play room. My husband and I feel in love with this place. It’s cozy, private, and personable. Everything needed for a relaxing vacation with just you and your family.”

“We absolutely loved the glass house! It is very beautiful and clean and has great views!”

“Everyone in the family was comfortable and the house was lovely”

“Very rustic. There is a big ant bed by the staircase that leads up to the living area. The upstairs floors are so slanted that my suitcase kept rolling into the wall. Some pieces of the wood floor are missing so there are tripping hazards. The bathroom doors don’t close easily so once when I was sitting on the toilet, the door to the main living area just opened on its own due to the slanted floors. One of the bedroom AC units did not cool below 80 degrees. Another bedroom AC unit was……

“Says sleeps 16. We were able to do this however that is with utilizing the two futons which are very hard and uncomfortable, and two on the sofa. And we had to pull bedding off of beds to have enough bedding. We were told a washer would be available but it was not where we were told it had been moved into cabin but was not hooked up. Otherwise nice cabin. Beautiful location.”

“Extremely clean place, good communication and nice stay. Had a little issue with one of the beds (no fault of owner) and she responded immediately with plan for remedy. We go to Hammond yearly for cheer camp; would stay here again.”

“Convenient location. Great accommodation at great facility”

“The home was very clean and well maintained, and the décor was tasteful and inviting. It was clear that the hosts put effort into making the space look nice. However, the amenities were fairly limited and didn’t fully meet our expectations. The layout of the home also wasn’t very practical, making it less comfortable than we had hoped. In addition, the ventilation could be improved, as some areas felt stuffy and lacked good airflow.Overall, it was a clean and nicely decorated place to stay, but a……

“The cabin was a great pet friendly place to stay. Everything you need is provided with a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Love having morning coffee on the porch and an evening fire.”

“Absolutely wonderful”

“We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing view of the lake and lots of fun things to do. My wife and kids didn’t want to leave. 5 stars .”
