Beautiful self-contained apartment in an approx. 200 year old granite stone farmhouse, nestled in a romantic landscape, with a spacious courtyard and associated 32,000 square meter plot of land beckons you to relax on the wide meadows with fruit trees and pond and, if desired, to play golf daily, swimming in the Sea and beach walks in nature reserves with a diverse bird population.
The apartment in mezzanine style, on the ground floor living, dining room, kitchen and bathroom
(approx. 40 sqm), sleeping area (approx. 20 sqm) is via internal stairs on the 1st Upper floor accessible
