“距離Zürich HB只是步行8分鐘左右 Online自助check in之後會給你一個 密碼登入大樓，電梯及房間。 不過我不幸地，他們給我的密碼不能使用，要聯絡客服，大約半個鐘才有新密碼進入電梯，上去房間。 酒店設計modern and clean, 有廚具， 而且樓下便是supermarket! 非常方便! ”

“Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned……

“My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.”

“There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time.……

“The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. ”
