“The owner of this property left us abandoned and helpless. We arrived in Rome after 11pm, which the host knew in advance and acknowledged. Though the check in window was earlier than this, we thoroughly communicated our late arrival with the staff, and they assured us that it was okay. When it came time to check in, the host was unresponsive even after multiple calls and messages……
