“Very good staff. Room roof shower not working but the handheld shower is working. The towel heater rack not working. It's in between season so the heater for the whole floor or buidling is on, so room stuffy. Need to open balcony door to sleep but it faces the back of residential properties. Staff kindly provided a fan for us. If not particular it's fine. Perfect location for visiting St Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museum as these 2 venues are forever having super long queues so staying here……
