La distribución, localización y limpieza excelentes. No habia ningún tipo de ruido y los mosquitos, si que hay, pero no me picó ninguno miraculosamente

L'appartamento assegnatoci era in linea con le nostre aspettative e ben tenuto. C'è stato da subito un problema con l'acqua calda (molto calda ma molto poca) e lo staff ci ha assistito senza problemi. Hanno provato a riparare il guasto e, dato che non ci sono riusciti in poche ore, ci hanno spostato in un'altra struttura di livello superiore. Ci hanno lasciato la stanza anche oltre il momento limite del check out senza fare una piega

Un sitio maravilloso y recomendable. Muy acogedor. Bastante bien situado. El único fallo es que no tenían wifi.

Great experience!!!

Everything was ok, but personal staff was disgusting!! Nobody told us where to pick up the keys, so we have to move twice until we achieve it. Facilities and room were perfects. In spite of the staff we ll repeat

For the practical traveller

The apartment is great for the non fussy traveller. It is clean, comfortable bed, good location (although access could be a bit easier). It is within walking distance from good restaurants and short cycle trip to Playa de Ses Illetes and surroundings. It has all facilities if you are looking to cook your own food and the facilities are cleaned daily. It could be a bit cheaper as meals are not included and Wi Fi is not available, but I knew what I was paying for.

Tranquilo

Apartado del ajetreo diario de la isla, pero a la vez muy cerca de todo. Además es bastante amplio y cómodo, por poner alguna pega, podría tener mosquiteras en las ventanas, porqué hay muchos mosquitos y tienes que dormir con el aire acondicionado puesto si no quieres que te llenen de picotazos.

It's off the beaten track but if it's quiet you want then this is the place. Food, drink and the marina are only minutes away by foot and if it's amazing beaches you're after then they're only a few minutes away by car. Great place!

Ce n'est certes pas un palace...

S'agissant de ma première visite à Formentera, je ne suis pas forcément habitué aux standards de l'île, mais j'ai été effaré de constater que, pour 200 € la nuit, on peut se retrouver dans un bungalow spartiate, un peu crasseux, infesté de moustiques et sans aucun service mis à part le ménage. Pour le même prix dans d'autres pays d'Europe, on peut dormir dans un palace !

Aviacio war uns zu abseits-haben ohne Probleme ein App. In der Marina bekommen-tolle Atmosphäre von Yachthafen und Einheimischen-waren rundum zu frieden.

Good option

Great location. Rent a bike and the best beaches are near. small kitchen and refri so you can purchase your food and enjoy. Very clean and comfortable. We just had a small problem when arriving since no one was at desk to check in, they were at lunch (small town), but you can call @ cell and they will come for you.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo aunque tenga la carretera al lado. Esta tranquilidad tb depende de los vecinos que tengas en el apartamento de al lado. Tiene servicio de limpieza diario. Los utensilios de cocina son adecuados y estan en buen estado. Muy bien comunicado y cerca de todos los servicios, restaurantes, bares, supermercado, alquiler de vehiculos.... Muy recomendable

Muy correcto

Zona muy tranquila, trato muy correcto, instalaciones cómodas y nuevas. A lo mejor valdría la pena hacer algunas matizaciones: No está en el núcleo urbano, sino un poco apartado (nosotros lo consideramos una ventaja). Tampoco está a pie de playa, por si alguna foto pudiese confundir. Habría que aclarar también, para evitar molestias, que la recepción está en el puerto de la Savina, no en la misma dirección de los apartamentos. Nosotros fuimos directamente al apartamento, llamamos por teléfono y nos dieron todas las facilidades. Incluso vinieron a buscarnos en coche porque todavía no teníamos vehículo. El trato ha sido inmejorable.
