“An incredible stay at the SANA Sesimbra. My room faced the beach, complete with a balcony. The room itself has a gorgeous midcentury modern hardwood bed with nightstand built-ins, and there is a matching built-in wardrobe, giving the space an elevated, timeless vibe. What really blew me away was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. When I believed I had lost my wallet in town after I left Sesimbra, the employees walked to the cafe I had been at to see if anyone had turned one in. Truly……

“Very modern hotel in a historical building, with fancy light switches and a balcony that has a sea view. Right next to city center of Chiado/Baixa. My wife and I stay for 4 nights and liked its location and the room design!”

“Great stay, lovely hotel & staff incredible. The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending in the location but was quite a way from the centre of Lisbon but Ubers were really reliable & affordable so this didn’t bother us. We did see local transport too ( train & bus) but didn’t use them. Hotel rooms were spacious & clean & we were fortunate enough to have a nice balcony. Service great & rooms were cleaned daily - with staff excellent. The reception was nice as was the bar area where……

“The reception lady is rude and not even have welcome smile and when i arrived, she said the room is not available and then 1 mins later she said is available, ok, i got in the room and saw the room is facing pool view not sea view and not seems like premium room I booked in Expedia. Ok, the room also noisy beside the indoor pool, i asked for room change, but she said not available(both this moment and upon check in time she didn’t indicate my room is premium and not available as i got to the……

“Daily tidy up the room but not refill coffee / tea bag / tissue & toilet paper. Even the free bottle of water only had on the first day and remaining 5 days were not provided. ”
