Very conveniently located in Fort Collins,.

Pros: Quiet, conveniently located.
Cons: Need continuous internet service over a multi-day stay.
Location: Multiple parks, museums and activities.
Close to CSU. Breakfast included in price and has good variety. Very helpful management and staff. Only problem is that the free internet disconnects itself every 24 hours and it is a pain to log back in especially with multiple devices.

Watch out if you book this hotel on Expedia.

I booked this hotel after my husband and I spent a long day at a local Denver, CO hospital. We were on our way back to WY and I booked a room at this hotel through Expedia; a king room for one night. When I checked into the hotel, the very condescending front desk girl told me I couldn't have a king room because they are all sold out and Expedia always overbooks and it's not their fault I couldn't have the room I booked. I have NEVER had this experience at a Hampton; even this one that I have stayed at before and booked through Expedia. The girl at the front desk told me she would not give me a King room and she would take $15 off the room. That is not the point. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again as I was not given what I purchased and the parking lot at the hotel was pretty sparse with autos that night. I used to work at a hotel and would never treat a customer like that. And I know that the hotel was not full. I have stayed at Hamptons for years and often book through Expedia. So now it makes me wonder if I should use either of them. Needless to say, I am still not a happy hotel guest. I was not treated like a guest but, rather, an annoyance. I contacted Hampton and they were not very sympathetic to my plight nor offered any sort of apology. Too bad our world is turning toward poor quality customer service.

Traveling back home with a little sight seeing.

Pros: Clean, easy to get to.
Location: It's a little further off the beaten path that I figured but in a nice area. Did not do anything but spend the night there.
Stopped in Denver to eat at the Casa Bonita then traveled north to Ft. Collins for the night.

Nice but disappointing.

the hotel itself was good. the breakfast was very good and a good variety. the house cleaning crew were very very friendly. the front desk girl on the night of 2/12/17 was not friendly. My husband went up to ask about towels for the pool area, and she got an attitude and said I cant keep bringing you people towels. that was very unprofessional and rude. that is part of the job isn't it? Then we were very upset that the pool and spa were out of service on Sunday. I understand things happen, but that is the main reason we got this hotel, was because it had a pool and hot tub for our weekend away from home. Just very disappointing. also, the beds were very uncomfortable. and the pillows way to soft. needed about 3 of them to make a good pillow. the hotel itself was clean and very nice.

The people that work there were extremely nice. There were cookies for everyone.
