Just What We Were Looking For

This property was exactly as described and as pictured so there were no surprises, which was great. Well located, very clean and well maintained, this was the perfect place to stay for the week that we visited.

Great on the Beach building for great price!

Property was just like the pictures and the property management staff was also easy to work with! Unit has 4 beach chairs, Beach umbrella a bogey board too! Conveniently located to Shops/Restaurants and the Best Argentine lil shop directly across the street!! Highly recommend spot!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend.

This property meet and exceed our expectations, a couple of kitchen doors need To replace the hinges, but that is not enough to ruin anyone’s vacations. Elizabeth the host was very helpful and attentive, will visit again.

We loved it!

Condo nice and clean, beautiful view of the intracoastal. The grounds were amazing, pool area was very nice with lots of palm trees and greenery. Very well maintained property. We enjoyed it so much that we booked it again for next year :) Thank you Marcello!

Fabulous Condo, Fabulous Location

This was our second visit to this condo we love it. Everything you need, lovely condition, very clean, well maintained. Our host, Greycy was charming, welcoming and really helpful. Close to amenities, and good shopping, try Wapo Taco on Hallandale Boulevard delicious! We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay

This place was clean and well furnished. We had beachchairs, umbrellas, beach towels coffeemaker, pots pans, plates utensils etc. We had plenty of towels and toiletries. The check in was VERY nice. I was called days prior and sent texts to check on us before we got there. Host even checked on us the first day. This was an amazing place and the host was marvelous. You will not be disappointed!

As Described

The apartment was as described. Great view, on the ocean and two heated pools. The only drawback was the shower which had very bad water pressure. Maybe showers won't be as important to you as they were to me.

GOOD and BAD

The apartment we stayed at was very nice. Just a few small things....we had to cover the night table with a towel because it was very sticky and it wouldn't come clean. Kind of grossed us out. The bed's mattress being very comfortable also had a "dip" to it on the left side so unless you found a spot that didn't tilt down you would roll off. (Kind of funny the first time.) You can't open the dishwasher all the way because the bottom drawer of the oven is in the way. These were really the only issues with the apartment itself. HOWEVER.....the odor coming from a unit across the hall from us was horrible. The person/people staying/living there were continuously smoking pot and the odor seeped out into the hallway and into our unit. The whole place smelled for the first four days we were there. It was horrible....getting into the furniture, bedding, our clothes.... we reported the issue to our host and contact and also to the front desk and security. All in all it was a nice place to stay...close to the beach, restaurants, and casinos.

Warning, it is cheap for a reason

Please learn from our mistake and do your research on this apartment building on other websites besides just the reviews in VRBO. I have no idea how the rating is as high as it is. There are two main statements in the description that I take as false. First, the “fully renovated” statement may be true, but it must have been years ago. The apartment is worn down already. Second, this is absolutely not a luxury condominium. If this building wasn’t located on the beach it would be considered a higher end slum building. It is heading that way. When we arrived, we were harnessed by the teen security guards who were playing ping pong with the permanent tenets. We also were overpowered by a massive amount of frebreeze. The apartment had just been cleaned so we left to eat thinking it would fade out. When we got back we found out what they were trying to cover up. Apparently the neighbor heavily partakes in a medicine that is smoked and has a potent smell. The smell was so overpowering and the sheets looked so nasty that we called it quits. We packed up the family and left. The in-between person didn’t believe it was there concern that it smelled. It is very clear after the fact this is a classic case of price is too good to be true.

Wonderful long weekend

We checked in on Thursday and stayed a wonderful 4 nights! The condo was very bright and welcoming. All of the furniture was very comfortable and I loved the luxurious bed. We forgot to bring sugar and were happy to find some in the kitchen. I appreciated the security measures, knowing no one could just walk in off the street. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed many hours there. Thank you so much!

Great location and clean property

The unit was very clean, the entire property is well maintained actually. The beds were comfortable and there were no issues with other neighbours at night. The check in process is not ideal, I am sure there is a simpler way to facilitate that.

Beautiful place to stay

First I wanted to say thank you to Liliana and her staff. You ladies Rock! It was a blessing we were able for an early check in to enjoy the pool and beach The place was very clean and beautiful. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t want to get up but the beach was call me. At night the balcony has the most gorgeous sunset view- great place to meditate. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would like to request my next stay before my comment gets posted and you guys snatch my dates lol

Wonderfully relaxing

The property met expectations and was as advertised. The location is splendid with easy access to pool area and beach. upon arrival we were greeted by the receiving team and were guided rapidly and ably through the registration process. Beach umbrellas and chairs were available although we did not use them as the beach is just feet away from the pool area. All in all a great place to relax in the sun.

Problem with the door. Not able to lock when leaving. Host was very rude and did not come to fix it.

Problem with the door. Not able to lock when leaving. Host Lilliana was very rude and did not come or send someone else to fix it. In general host would have been fired if it had been my unit. Just very unprofessional when contacting her. I felt like just asking for my money back due to her disrespect me with her tone and attitude when asking about the door lock system as if I was supposed to no this with no instructions. I.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE!! Instead of Penhouse I was staying in a jail house by not being able to secure the door when leaving. Other items were only one set of towels were left for two people. Towel rack was broken along with toilet paper rack was loose and in need of repair.. refrigerator freezer rack was rusted and needs to be replaced.

Loved the unit. The view was amazing.

The place was great! Exceeded our expectations. Will definitely keep it in mind for another year. After hearing about the unit my friend is going to check it out for them for next year. Only if I don't get it first. HaHa. I do have one wish, Maybe a couple more pictures on the walls and a valance on the deck door. Just could use more color. Also, the cold air return ducks are pretty black. Otherwise everything was awesome. Thank you for your great communication and for putting this unit on VRBO so people like me can enjoy it. Your manager, (I will butcher the spelling of her name so I won't even try, I'll call her Elly.) was top-notch. Thank you again for the experience.
