Things to note before booking:
- Your unit is allowed one free parking space. If you have more than one vehicle, you are welcome to park in the public garage across the street.

- The back deck is shared with three other units. You are allowed to use all amenities including all seating, the grill, and the floating platform. Guests are not allowed on any boats or yachts.

- This unit does not come with a washer and dryer.
