SPECTACULAR views of the ocean & intracoastal waterway from the juliet step balcony on the 7th floor! Spacious one-bedroom, full-bath, living room with 55" flat-screen (HBO/cable), sofa bed, dining area, full kitchen with all the amenities - stainless appliances & granite countertops. This place has it all for a fantastic getaway & 10 min walk to Beach and INCLUDES RESORT FEES!
AWESOME LOCATION right on water's edge! You'll LOVE enjoying breakfast, dinner, morning coffee or afternoon cocktail from right inside the unit overlooking the exciting waterway, watch as multimillion dollar yachts pass right by under the split-lift bridge and take in the beautiful blues of the ocean within the panoramic view!
Our condo is located within the upscale Hilton
Gallery One resort and includes all the amenities of the property - heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, indoor/ outdoor restaurant with an exceptional menu, Starbucks coffee bar, exercise room, conference center with private meeting rooms, 24/7 front desk service, valet parking (additional cost), the famous intracoastal water taxi also makes a stop right at the property...Location, Location, Location. Again, our condo complex is a 10 min walk to the beach, across the street the other way is the upscale Galleria Mall, featuring a huge variety of upscale shops and fantastic restaurants including Blue Martini, Capital Grill and Seasons 52 to name a few, coffee shops, pharmacies, and a Publix supermarket and marina, etc are all across the street (5 min walk)…..excellent place for ALL! ~ Ideal for families of four (2-adults and 2-kids), romantic couples, and business singles.
Guest access
Guests have access to everything in the unit including all the amenities of the resort. Laundry machines are available for a small charge, 3rd floor.
Your stay includes initial towels and bedding, coffee and bath amenities, (shampoo, conditioner, etc), pool towels are available at the pool, please do not use the unit towels at the pool. The unit will be cleaned upon your departure but will not be cleaned daily for your stay, this is a private residence. Kuerig and full size coffee pot, rapid water boiler for tea and fully equipped utensils and cookware located in the kitchen. PLEASE DO NOT use our unit towels at the pool. There are nice, clean, big resort towels by the pool for your use :-)... This is a privately owned unit with all of our own personalized amenities, towels and sheets, we ARE NOT part of the hotel. The unit will be cleaned upon your departure but will not be cleaned daily for your stay, this is a private residence. thank you!

INCLUDES Resort fees! ($49/day value)
Parking is available on-site for a charge of $50/day, there is no self-parking on-site...I would really think twice about renting a car as you wouldn't need one unless you are traveling around the area, we never do, just take uber/lyft from airport which is about $20 and you can get downtown for about $8-10, everything you need is walking distance ... if you need a ride there is a free shuttle available at the Galleria Mall across the street that will take you around the beach loop, there are bike rentals a block away, water taxi (stops right at the property) which you can get a week pass for and take you everywhere around Ft lauderdale via intracoastal and again, shared ride services including the
"circuit", which offers $4 rides within FL proper (you can download app)...
Please note: even though this is within a Hilton resort, this is a private residence and you are renting it as such. You may request additional amenities at your own expense.

Excellent property.

Great location close to many restaurants and shops. The water taxi is a fun way to see Fort Lauderdale and check out all that there is to do. Property was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!
