A completely remodeled contemporary kitchen with modern appliances and (2) refrigerators/ice makers for your entertaining pleasure, big dining room (table of 8 people) and massive island with additional seating for (4).

Everything is made to take advantage of the stunning Florida climate in an atmosphere of tropical gardens, large palm trees in its luxuriant vegetation with its water view. The patio, a big space welcomes you , with a beautiful large heated swimming pool and (5) chaise lounges with a massive umbrella to keep you protected from the Sun. A new outdoor BBQ is ready for your entertaining and outdoor dining pleasure.
