Grounds well kept. Rooms don't have a microwave and pools close at 730 pm. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great free coffee at the marina. Resort is great for families with small kids and retirees 😊 and anyone who wants to stay away from college spring break crowds! Our room overlooked the Gulf of Mexico, and we could see dolphins from the balcony. It was a quick walk to the beach and easy to rent an umbrella and chairs. We also loved the pools, hot tub, and seeing the manatees. Great service from the staff, also.
