A month in warm FL
Community was awesome. Condo worked great for us, comfy furniture, great bed and really good water pressure in the showers. Local property contact was quick to respond. Ocean Village property was lovely, so many amenities.

The property is located near the ocean and you could hear the waves crashing at night. The gated community left us feeling safe and secure.

Great Location and really nice place.
This is the first time we have ever booked on Vrbo and I have to say I will never stay at a hotel with my family if I don’t have to. This was super easy to reserve. Very nice place and great accommodations. Every thing was great! It was actually less than getting a hotel room.

Clean, comfortable condo with many extras
We just got back from our stay at this condo and cannot recommend it highly enough. I was a tiny bit concerned because there were no reviews but the price was reasonable and the place looked nice so we figured we would give it a try. We loved staying there. It feels like you are staying in a close friend's house who has left everything you may need but it doesn't feel like you are staying in someone's primary residence. There were welcome treats and snacks from the property management company and that was fantastic because we arrived 5 hours late (late flights) and got in at 5:30am with 3 children. We were all starving and so dehydrated and there was a snack basket on the kitchen counter and cold waters in the fridge. There were blankets for the kids to cuddle up in while they watched movies, toys in the condo, and beach chairs, coolers, and so much more to make our stay even more amazing. They had shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, coffee, etc. The little touches made it so much easier. Our children went to a marine biology camp (it was fabulous; check out Stella Maris!) and the condo had beach towels that they were able to borrow each day. It was so nice to have linens and towels provided so we didn't have to schlep all of that with us. The development is nice. The main pool was closed but there are a couple of other pools and we enjoyed those. The beach access is close by. We would definitely come back!
