We had an issue with the temperature in our room upon arrival. Maintenance could not resolve the problem until the next day and there were no rooms available to move. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and also compensated us in multiple ways throughout our stay. Very pleased!

Apparently when you book through a third party they give you the worst room possible. I was given a room that had a common call with their dance club. Loud music and the headboard was vibrating until 1:00am. Called to change rooms and they said they were full so not happening. I had taken a red eye and traveled all day only to be awake all night! Horrible service.

The location is perfect. Carl, the bellman, went above and beyond to retrieve and park my car. He also made sure I had an umbrella when it rained. The property is old with minimal amenities, but it was charming, quiet and felt very safe.
