“We requested a room with a king bed on the first floor and when we got there the man at the fesk said all their king rooms are upstairs and tgey dont have snd elevator. He offered a double queen on on the first floor so we said ok. When we got to the room thee was only. 1 bed in therre. I wish they would have informed us of this situation beforehand so we could have looked for a different hotel. Very poot “Quality”!”

“The air conditioning unit wasn't on when we arrived in our room and when we tried to adjust it, the entire front panel fell off! The front desk found us a new room right away which was helpful. The back door to the parking lot had no lock on it which made it feel quite unsafe. Otherwise the staff was very helpful and the property was very clean!”
