It is cheap but doesn’t feel safe with a ton of homeless loitering around everywhere. When I checked in a cop was there trying to review footage. By the time I unloaded and headed to get food, 8 police vehicles were there. Super sketchy. The rooms are painted to look clean but public bathrooms are cleaner than mine. Also got there late one night and my door wouldn’t unlock, took the guy 40 minutes to get it open. I would not stay here again and urge others not to

My stay at Motel 6 Fort Worth, TX - Downtown East was unsatisfactory. Despite clean rooms and renovations, many issues impacted my experience. Staff and Service: The staff was rude. Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a $30 deposit not mentioned on the app. This set a negative tone for the stay. Safety Concerns: The area around the property felt unsafe, with homeless individuals and inappropriately dressed people nearby. This was especially concerning as I had my family with me. On our first night, the fire alarm was triggered by an unruly guest, leading to a situation where someone tried to enter my family's room. Fortunately, we are 2nd Amendment supporters and were prepared to protect ourselves. Incident Handling: When I returned to ensure my family's safety, I saw two police cruisers outside. The officers explained the situation, but the front desk staff dismissively told me not to worry and refused to provide any information, despite the potential danger. Key Card Issues: The next day, my family's key card stopped working while I was away, causing inconvenience and frustration. Room Quality: The rooms were nice and well-maintained, worth noting despite the negative experience. Recommendation: For a budget-friendly option, I highly recommend Motel 6 North Richland Hills, TX off Bedford Euless Road. My experiences there have been much more pleasant. Overall Rating: 1 out of 5 stars. I hope this review helps future travelers make an informed decision.

DO NOT STAY HERE. When we arrived, front staff was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. When we got up to our room, it smelled disgusting. The sheets were stained and gross. The mini fridge was LEAKING & wouldn’t shut. The bathroom??? Wasn’t even clean. There was scum in the shower and faucets. There was URINE ON THE SEAT! We requested a refund and were denied. They changed us to a different room and the 2nd room was just as disgusting as the first. We ended up leaving and booking with another hotel elsewhere. I was not going to stay there with my family. And when we brought these issues to the front staff he acted like he could not be bothered and kept saying “no refunds, no refunds”. We paid for 2 nights and didn’t even stay more than 20 minutes because of the filthy conditions. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Biggest mistake ever!! Several homeless people around the property, on the property, and staying at that property. Very old. Stayed less than two hours and had to go!!!
