You get what you pay for.

Posted Aug 24, 2017
I've stayed in a cheap motel before, but this one tops it. The bathroom literally had the paint pealing off in chunks. As in a spray popcorn look but it looked like someone shot it with a shotgun look bad. The entire popcorn type paint was falling off the walls. The shower head was falling off the wall with a 4" gap hanging from the wall to the head and you could see inside the wall. Black residue all around the corners of the bathroom and tub. The bathroom handle didn't have a latch and so you couldn't shut it. We never took our shoes off and slept with them on. I asked the front desk if I could fill my water bottle in the breakfast area, she didn't have a key. Then the drinking fountain was not working so she said I could fill up my water bottle in the women's bathroom. No thanks. Hotel staff is friendly, but this hotel needs an entire renovation! I didn't save the pictures of the bathroom. I should have. Only use this hotel if you are in dire need to rest your eyes.

Overall, the stay was nice. The A/C unit was kind of old and didn't cool quite enough.

Things that are hidden

Posted Aug 21, 2017
So I was thinking when I booked my room that I wouldn't have a care in the world and everything would be wonderful first of all when I unloaded all my luggage into the lobby of the hotel the lady at the front desk informed me that there was no elevator so imagine the horror will have to drag all my luggage through the lobby up the stairs to my room also the breakfast is Continental only just wish these things were mentioned while booking my room maybe I would have stayed but I would have had the option to pay it somewhere different also there was several locks on the door none of which worked!! The television you have to type in every single number because they couldn't get the cable to work correctly!

Never again...

Posted Jul 18, 2017
AC was broken, would go hot to cold to hot. Had to ask several times to clean the room and bring fresh towels. Bugs everywhere. TV stations are on existent. Just very old feeling, wall paint was cracking all over. They need a good deep clean and renovation if they are going to charge the rates they are charging.

Basin of toilet was not clean and there was hair in the bathtub drain. Paint was peeling from the walls and you couldn't close the bathroom door. There needed to be some repairs and improvements to the facility for sure!

Not a bad place

Posted Jul 3, 2017
Pros: Close to Cincinnati
Cons: Bathroom renovation
We stayed there so we could attend my Cuz Wedding, the room was nice, but the bathroom door the lock was broken, and the paint was chipping from the walls. When you used the shower even with the curtain closed there was water on the outside. No fan in the bathroom as well

Fulfilled the basic needs

Posted Jun 26, 2017 on Hotels
The price was right for our purposes--my roommate and I were managing the contra room at the National Square Dance Convention so we were gone from 8 am to 11 pm, only using the room to sleep and shower. The shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable. Our bathroom door wouldnt close or latch and most of the towels were in poor shape. The refrigerator worked and so did the microwave and AC. The desk chair was broken and slanted sideways. Nothing we couldn't live with.

Parts of the hotel are nasty and unclean. Bed comfortable, room smelled smoky. Hotel is right on highway.

Were sorry that our hotel location and itself was extremely terrifying and disappointing for you. Had you let us know at any point during your stay, we would have been happy to issue a full refund so that you can go stay elsewhere. Thank you for your feedback and your business.

Dirty sheets & filthy shower

Posted May 20, 2017
I'll keep this quick & easy people. Don't bother. The sheets were never changed on my bed from the previous tenant. Disgusting. 3 very flat, throw-size pillows for the bed. A mold & mildew covered tile shower stall. Gross. The excuse I was given by the staff: "we're in the middle of remodeling". So, because of that, their staff can't change the sheets, provide a decent pillow or properly clean a bathroom. Pitiful. No offers of a refund or a partial refund, just a "Please stay with us again". Not a chance.
