“In the first room I had the ac didn’t work at all and the conjoining door didn’t actually shut and lock. The second room didn’t have a locking door or working fan in the bathroom the ac was on the fritz. But the staff was amazing. ”

“I originally booked this for our family of 6. Due to kids schedules only one parent and one child stayed. The listing describes that it's connected like a duplex but we didn't expect to hear so much. It felt a little uncomfortable, like we were invading their privacy. Also it made us worry about being too loud for them, I would have been really anxious if we had all gone because our little kids are NOT quiet.There is no control of the AC and it was freezing!! We didn't reach out and ask for them……
