“This was in a lovely location and the Manor and grounds are immaculately kept. They have lots of little touches that make your stay more personal, like jute bags and eye masks in your room, ice creams round the pool area etc. The service is excellent and the staff are lovely and really make your experience here unforgettable. “ No views at all unless you class a brick wall as a view. Property perfunctory and more like a backpackers place. Very noisy due to some exuberant neighbours. Staircase creased and fridge kept going off and on during the night. Most disappointing was the TV. Tho it had every channel under the sun apparently, including DSTV none of it was accessible unless you brought your own streaming access!”

"Average stay at a good location close to franschhoek town and also the tram station. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean the first night and we had to request for a change on the second. There’s a small pool however we didn’t really get a chance to use it because there are only a limited amount of beach chairs and guests seemed to be lurking around and jumping to it whenever one became available. Management should consider having a few more chairs there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
