“Travelers should be aware that the rooms are located in a very steep hill requiring a long uphill and downhill walk. There are no photos showing this in the booking ad and they must not want you to know this. The rooms are small and noisy. The breakfast area is a noisy, crowded buffet. The location is convenient to other restaurants.”

“The staff were amazing. Always available and happy to help and make our stay comfortable. The hotel was good but basic. The bathroom could be improved, especially the shower.
They had 2 very well stocked bars., one in the hotel and one near the pool. They stayed open late and served food as well.
The hotel was very well located a short walk from the sea and a 5 min walk into town where there were a number of excellent resustrants and bars.”

“The Resort is very beautiful and perfect if you have kids, especially small once: a lot of activities to do for them!
Staff is very helpful and nice and all the restaurants inside are very nice!!
Our room was unfortunately very loud (garden view bungalow) even if I asked to have a quiet place, they put us in a joint room. With a small baby that goes to sleep at 8pm it’s not ideal to hear everything in the opposite room until midnight.
Everything inside the resort is quite expensive so be……

“We stayed at Elounda Palm for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a private infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special.
The room was cleaned every day and the pool was cleaned every evening. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
The breakfast was good, and we also really appreciated the many free parking……

“Ganz toller Aufenthalt. Alle Bereiche der Anlage sind schön und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Der Fitnessbereich hat neben den Geräten und Gewichten auch umfangreiches Pilates-/Yoga-Equipment. Im Zimmer gibt es einen richtigen Föhn mit Düse und einen Steamer. Man braucht ein Auto für die Wege in die umliegenden Orte, für uns aber kein Problem. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.”
